Jan Terje Birkeland has an MSc degree in Process Technology form Telemark University College, Dept. of Technology, where he graduated in 1996. He has worked for Aker Engineering and Lilleaker Consulting, mainly working with risk analyses and explosion analyses, but he also has experience with technical safety  and design of safety systems according to IEC61508 (SIL). He is an experienced user of ASAP and FLACS. He has experience from detail engineering projects like Goliat, Gjøa, kristin, Valhall Flanke, Oseberg Sør, Oseberg Gass and Åsgaard A, and from several FEED projects and concept developments, in addition to several explosion and risk studies for different customers.

Christian L. Baas graduated from NTNU in 2003 with an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has experience from Aker Kværner Engineering &Technology, where Christian worked in the reliability analysis group of the Safety departement.Before joining Lilleaker Consulting, Christian also worked for Safetec Nordic, mainly with projects related to RAM analysis. The main working areas are reliability, regularity (RAM), risk analysis and Safety Integrity Level (SIL). He is an experienced user of the simulation tool MIRIAM Regina for RAM analysis and the risk analysis software ASAP. Christian has extensive experience from detail engineering projects like Kristin, Ormen Lange, Gjøa and Goliat, and from several FEED projects. Currently, Christian is working with technical safety related to subsea production systems.

Tor Gulbrandsen graduated in 1982 with an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering (NTNU-Trondheim). He has experience from Sintef, NPC, Aker engineering and Lilleaker Consulting. The main working area is risk analysis, and he is responsible  for development ofthe risk analysis tool ASAP. He has been working in large projects like Ekofisk 2/4M, Kristin, Troll Gas Terminal, Europipe, Njord and Oseberg, in additionto a number of concept developments and studies for different customers.

Camilla Haslum graduated from NTNU - Trondheim in 1996 with an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has experience from Aker Engineering, Aker Kværner ASA (USA), DNV (USA) and DNV Høvik before joining Lilleaker in 2010 as managing director. Her main field is within the field risk management and assessments.

Tien-Yun Lee graduated from University of Technology, Munich in 2008 with an MSc degree of Computational Mechanics.

She worked in automotive industry 1,5 years before she started in Lilleaker Consulting. She is familiar with engineering programming, numerical methods, modeling and simulation. Her main working area is risk analysis.

Cecilie Lofseik graduated in 1996 with a Cand. Scient degree in fluid mechanics from the University of Oslo. She has worked for KOS (FMC), Aker Engineering and Lilleaker Consulting. Cecilie is working with risk analysis and safety related flow calculations.She is an experineced user of ASAP, Fluent and FLACS. She has experience from a number of projects amongst other Embla, Hejre, Dagny, Valemon, Skarv, Aker Spitsbergen and Barents drilling rigs, Kristin, in addition to several CFD and risk studies for different customers.

Eric Månsson has an MSc Degree in mechanical engineering from Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden. Eric started to work at Lilleaker Consulting as immediately after his graduation in 2008. Main competence areas are heat transfer, fluid mechanics and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). In Lilleaker, Eric's primary tasks are QRA (Quantified Risk Analysis), integrated explosion, ventilation and gas dispersion analysis using the CFD code FLACS.

Roar Renton has an MSc degree in Industrial Environmental Technology from Telemark College, Dep. of Technology, and started working with technical safety and HSE, as well as reliability/regularity analyses and SIL, and he is an expert user of the simulation tool MIRIAM Regina. He also has knowledge about safety assessments and risk analyses. has experience form several projects in StatoilHydro, as well as several analyses for Statoil and other companies. Roar has also participated in development and testing of the simulation tool MIRIAM Regina.

Ketil Skogen graduated in 1985 in Applied Mathematics at the university of Oslo (UiO). Later he received a PhD degree at the same place. His work experience is from UiO, DNV, Aker Engineering and Lilleaker Consulting. In the last years, flow calculation using CFD programs has been the main working area. The calculations have been related to HMS challenges offshore such as weather protection, helicopter safety and gas dispersion. Another  offshore related problem is cool down of subsea equipment during shut down. Ketil has been engaged in a number of the larger offshore projects since 1995. Several onshore projects have been carried out among others, natural ventilation of aluminum plants, optimization of process equipment, ventilation/smoke dispersion in train/car tunnels. During the last years several wind analyses have been carried out related to urban development as the Bjørvika area.
